I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is superb, as it's just a stone's throw away from the Ube-Shinkawa station. This made transportation incredibly convenient for me. Furthermore, there is a convenience store right across the street, making it easy to grab any necessities I needed. The hotel itself is in great condition, as it is relatively new. The cleanliness was top-notch, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The staff at breakfast were incredibly kind and helpful, making the dining experience enjoyable.

Liked the close proximity to the Ube-Shinkawa station, made it very convenient for getting around. having a convenience store just across the street was really handy for grabbing snacks or any necessities we needed during our stay. the hotel itself was in good condition and seemed quite new, which was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked the fact that the staff demanded to see my passport at check-in, even though as a foreign resident it is not required. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and seemed unnecessary.

My check-in experience was quite negative. The staff demanded to see my passport even though, as a foreign resident, I am not required to show it.
